This invention concerns the methods and equipment for work-based competency testing on-line using face recognition devices which are carried out when the Vocational High School / Vocational School students carry out their work practices in industry / internship, by integrating the learning process during internship and the assessment / competency test process, so that the Vocational School students can conduct competency tests on-line using facial recognition tools.
