ADI MiciDect is a Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) detector used to determine MSG levels in soup dishes such as meatballs, soup and etc. The work of this tool is based on the conductivity and sensors of the NaCl solution. Users of this tool are the general public and people with diseases with sensitivity to MSG so that this tool is used to see the safe limit for consuming MSG in daily intake.
